FTP Access

To access the Action Duplication FTP site, direct your FTP client to ftp://ftp.actionduplication.com. The site supports Anonymous logons, enter "anonymous" as your logon and your email address as your password.

You will see 2 folders "Upload" and "Download". If you are sending us files, open the Upload folder. You may upload your files directly to the root of that folder or you may create a new folder and place them in there. You may NOT delete or rename files once they are uploaded.

We will not know that your files have been uploaded until you contact us by phone or email. Please notify your Action Duplication customer service representative when the files are available.

If you are having problems uploading files, check your FTP client settings. Sometimes switching to or from passive mode helps. There are just too many reasons an FTP connection might not work to list all the possible solutions. It is also possible that your network configuration does not allow FTP transfers. Please contact your network administrator if you are having difficulty.

We do NOT support connections from web browsers. Browser connections are technically possible, but you will have much better results using a dedicated FTP client. If you still encounter difficulties using the FTP site, it is best to try one of the options listed below.

For Windows users we have had success using Filezilla FTP.

For Macintosh users you may use Cyberduck.

These are not the only possible options. There are hundreds of FTP clients available and they all "should" work equally well.
